Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements applied.
For item upgrader , the elite shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more marketable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or bought at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can reroll their equipment in three categories three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage of melee and weapons attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To create them, you need a higher-quality token to reroll. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next success is rerolled. This allows you to save upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls and those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. They can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are met, the player can select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the item's durability. This makes it an excellent method for players to gain an advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank accounts. Additionally players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item to new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. There are a variety of methods to get the stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players boost the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in that area. The process will continue until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a specific quantity of items to be applied, as well as a minimum level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item to be upgraded. On the right side, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Once players have enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades will not be available to it. In the same way, once an item reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have discounts.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to offer an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will damage the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type, but you'll typically need Dilithium as well as an amount of Upgrade Tokens.
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. These will provide additional effects or an increase in item level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources within the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers which can further improve the item's stats.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire" however increases damage from weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players if they can get a perfect roll. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.
When you select an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the required requirements. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will put an item in your inventory after you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show you how far you are to getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
